Like many of the clients I now support, I’ve been labeled with inattentive ADHD and anxiety—both rooted in chronic developmental trauma. For years, I focused solely on cognitive strategies but found them to be temporary fixes.
Real, lasting change came when I leaned into a holistic path—addressing the nervous system, energy patterns, and root causes of overstimulation and overwhelm. I developed a foundation based on what I now call the Four Pillars:

The journey to becoming more steady, present, and resilient didn’t come during an easy season.
In May 2020, I became a single parent after a devastating loss. I had already been navigating my ADD, anxiety, and emotional fatigue for years. Even with my background as a coach and practitioner, I often found myself in a cycle—moments of relief followed by the familiar crash of overwhelm.
COVID intensified everything. The grief, the isolation, the weight of solo parenting—it all pushed me to the edge. I tried all the “right” things, but nothing seemed to stick. I was exhausted, heartbroken, and more dysregulated than ever.
That’s when I knew something had to change, not just for me—but for my
child.
I went all in. I stopped just coping and started healing. I built new systems for myself, rooted in intrinsic motivation and deep personal alignment. I tapped into my inner wisdom, embraced discomfort, and slowly but surely, I began to feel whole again.
