Master of Social Work, MSW
Dual BA Degrees, Cultural Anthropology and Spanish
ICF Accredited Trauma Healing Certification- Torah Psychology
ICF Accredited Inner Child & IFS Certification- Torah Psychology
My educational background in Cultural Anthropology and Social Work informs my approach using both an individual and systemic lens. I have close to 25 years of experience in coaching, consulting, leadership, therapy, program development, staff development, training, and facilitation. To support my clients, I integrate Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, IFS, somatic work, ancestral wisdom and spirituality in my offerings.
Like many people I’ve coached, I was labeled with inattentive ADHD and Anxiety from chronic developmental trauma. After years of cognitive work alone, I began the journey for myself and clients into mind, body, and spiritual practices.
By addressing pervasive nervous system dysregulation, my foundational pillars, and energetics, I found lasting transformational change and you can as well.

Ali, 36- Mom, Entrepreneur, Artist
Meg - SVP, Global Head of Learning and Development (Financial Sector)
"I have always had the goal of overcoming my time management problems. I always felt if I could just have more time, more energy, hack my brain, etc., things would change. What I realized while working with Michele is that I was focusing on treating the symptoms instead of getting down and deep into the root causes. Now I understand what I need on a personalized level and have the ability to access my own resourcing while leaning into my community for support."

Learning to become more steady, present, and resilient did not come at an easy time in my life. It also took many forms over the years to finally ground into a NEED, not just a desire to do so.
You see, in May 2020, a devastating loss made me a single parent. And for years prior, I struggled with navigating my ADD, anxiety, and overwhelm. Even as a coach and practitioner, I would find reprieve at times, yet riding the waves of day-to-day life with flexibility and grace became elusive. Because, ADD right?!! It was hard to maintain the surface-level habits that became boring or lengthy after some time, essentially doing the things I felt I needed to just “do”.
At the height of Covid coupled with grief, I was drowning in fear and overwhelmed from the mental and emotional load I was carrying. Add to that load the isolation and disconnection during the pandemic and it was all amplified.
I did a variety of the “things” to work on myself and heal, but nothing seemed to stick. I went through the spectrum of grief and overwhelm to hope and possibility... up and down that spectrum… constantly. I knew this was normal for grief, yet the grief only amplified my already existing nervous system dysregulation I had developed since childhood. I knew I had to find a more sustainable way of being, not coping, and not just for myself but for my child.
This is when I went all in to address the root cause issues of my ADHD overstimulation and overwhelm. I started by building a strong foundation in the 4 pillars (physical wellbeing, mental and emotional flourishing, spiritual growth, community) now foundational in my signature coaching program. Most importantly for ADHD, I did it from a place of INTRINSIC motivation and in a way that was personalized to MY needs and wants.
I tapped into my inner wisdom, took some risks, trusted the process, and slowly began to feel like myself again.
It took discipline, sacrifice, and tackling my fears head-on.
I get what you’re going through...
I get that it sucks. I get that it’s hard. I get the commitment.
I get it because I’ve been there. You, too, can find a new path forward.
Let me be your partner on this journey.
